Lesson #6 - Helpful Software to Promote Your Business
and Automate your Business!

We have been receiving a lot of questions lately asking about
what different software we use for:
1) the daily operation of the business
2) internet applications (ie. web browsers and email)
3) promoting our business online
4) automating our business so it is more hands-free
So we have put together a list of some of the pieces of
software we use on almost a daily basis. Below is a list
followed by a brief description of each product.
Eudora Pro Email Program
All of our staff here uses Eudora Pro and in my opinion it is
the best email program available. It sends, receives and
filters e-mail while you read and compose messages. It has
great organizational features that make reading and processing
your email a pleasure. It includes a real-time spell checker

WinZip Compression Software
WinZip brings the convenience of Windows to the use of Zip
files and other archive and compression formats. Zip files are
"archives" used for distributing and storing files. Zip files
contain one or more files. Usually the files "archived" in a
Zip are compressed to save space (especially when you are
emailing attached files). Zip files also make it easy to group
files and make them faster to transport online (usually via

Summary
A combination of these software programs helps to automate the
majority of our daily tasks, allowing us to operate from one
small office. I completely believe in business automation and
these programs help to reflect that.
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you take the time
to view each products' website for more in-depth explanations,
a run-down on how each program works, and its benefits to
you and your business. Yes, software does cost money (and
sometimes it can be expensive), but for the time and money it
saves us, every piece of software I have mentioned above has
paid for itself in a matter of weeks... and helped me make a
lot of money by promoting my business or by saving me time by
automating my daily tasks. As I have preached to you time and
time again, let the software do the work for you so you can
take care of more important things and spend your time more
wisely.
